8-oxo-2′-deoxyguanosine-5′-triphosphate

8-oxo-dGTP is a product of oxidative modification of dGTP that can be misincorporated into DNA, causing AT-->CG mutations. So the oxidized guanine (8-oxo-7,8-dihydroguanine; 8-oxo-G) is a potent mutagen due to its ambiguous pairing with cytosine and adenine.
