Description

Mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψ_m) is an important parameter of mitochondrial function used as an indicator of cell health. Elite^TM Mitochondrial Membrane Potential Detection Kit provides all the necessary reagents for the analysis of mictochondrial integrity in cells. The aggregate red form has absorption/emission maxima of 585/590 nm. The green monomeric form has absorption/ emission maxima of 510/527 nm.

Application

The assay is applicable to flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, and 96-well plate formats.
