ACTOne GPCR Stable Cell Lines

ACTOne™ GPCR Stable Cell Lines are engineered HEK-293 CNG reporter cell lines designed for functional GPCR assays using intracellular cAMP signaling. These assay-ready cell lines enable rapid agonist, antagonist, inverse agonist, and allosteric modulator screening without radioactive reagents. Compatible with FLIPR, FlexStation, and standard fluorescence plate readers, ACTOne cell lines provide robust assay windows for high-throughput drug discovery.

Key Features of ACTOne™ GPCR Stable Cell Lines:

Over 80 GPCR Stable Cell Lines
A comprehensive portfolio of more than 80 GPCR stable cell lines is available or under development, covering a wide range of receptor families for drug discovery, receptor pharmacology, and functional screening.

High Sensitivity with Large Assay Windows
The ACTOne™ assay provides robust fluorescence signals with excellent assay windows, enabling sensitive and reproducible detection of GPCR activation.

Modified Cyclic Nucleotide-Gated (CNG) Fluorescent Reporter

A proprietary modified CNG fluorescent reporter enables direct, real-time monitoring of intracellular cAMP signaling in living cells.

Live-Cell Fluorescence Detection

Measure GPCR activity in live cells without the need for radioactive reagents, cell lysis, or complex sample preparation.

Flexible Assay Formats

Compatible with both real-time kinetic assays and endpoint assays, providing flexibility for assay development and high-throughput screening.

Compatible with Endogenous and Recombinant GPCRs

The ACTOne™ platform supports functional analysis of both endogenous and recombinant GPCRs across a variety of research applications.

Comprehensive Pharmacological Screening

A single assay platform supports agonist, antagonist, inverse agonist, and allosteric modulator screening, simplifying GPCR drug discovery workflows.

Optimized for High-Throughput Screening (HTS)

Designed for HTS applications and compatible with standard fluorescence plate readers, including FLIPR®, FlexStation®, and similar fluorescence detection systems.

A
n ACTOne GPCR Stable Cell Line is a genetically engineered mammalian cell line expressing a GPCR together with a cyclic nucleotide-gated (CNG) fluorescent reporter, allowing real-time detection of intracellular cAMP changes during receptor activation.
