ACTOne™ GPCR Stable Cell Lines are engineered HEK-293 CNG reporter cell lines designed for functional GPCR assays using intracellular cAMP signaling. These assay-ready cell lines enable rapid agonist, antagonist, inverse agonist, and allosteric modulator screening without radioactive reagents. Compatible with FLIPR, FlexStation, and standard fluorescence plate readers, ACTOne cell lines provide robust assay windows for high-throughput drug discovery.
