The A35R protein is a conserved envelope glycoprotein of Monkeypox virus (MPXV) and other orthopoxviruses. As the homolog of the vaccinia virus A33R protein, A35R is associated with the extracellular enveloped virus (EEV) form and plays an important role in viral dissemination and cell-to-cell spread. Because A35R is exposed on the viral surface and contributes to protective immune responses, it has become an important target for vaccine development, neutralizing antibody discovery, and diagnostic assay development.
eEnzyme's Anti-Monkeypox Virus A35R Mouse Monoclonal Antibody specifically recognizes the MPXV A35R protein and is suitable for applications including ELISA, virus neutralization assays, antigen detection, vaccine evaluation, and basic orthopoxvirus research. This monoclonal antibody provides a valuable reagent for studies of Monkeypox virus biology, host immune responses, and antiviral therapeutic development.
