C-terminal 8x His-tagged glycosylated influenza full-length hemagglutinin HA (amino acid 18-530)(H1N1) (A/Victoria/4897/2022)-pdm09-like (GISAID accession#: EPI_ISL_16714268), recommended FLU vaccine virus strain by WHO and FDA for the 2023-2024, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026 seasons in North America. A trimerization domain sequence has been introduced into the C-terminal of HA to stabilize the formation of trimer HA.
