These aluminum backed foils and clear sealing films are ideal for sealing plates for PCR, incubation and freezer storage. The Alu-Seal is pierceable and can be easily removed. Each foil can be removed by peeling, or for automated systems, accurate sample extraction can be achieved by piercing with a standard pipette tip. Cleanroom packed, the seals are suitable for autoclave.
