Description	The Elite™ cADP-ribose Assay Kit provides an ultrasensitive assay to quantify NAD in the sample. This makes monitoring cADPR in tissues and cell cultures possible in the low nM range.
Application	The assay can be conveniently performed in a 96-well or 384-well microtiter-plate format. Its signal can be easily read by a fluorescence microplate reader at Ex/Em = 420/480 nm.
