Elite™ Cell Lysis Buffer is a ready-to-use, non-denaturing lysis buffer designed for the efficient preparation of cellular protein extracts from mammalian cells, bacterial cells, plant tissues, and animal tissues. The optimized formulation rapidly disrupts cell membranes while preserving the native structure and biological activity of intracellular proteins, making it suitable for a wide range of downstream biochemical and molecular biology applications.

The buffer provides efficient extraction of soluble proteins with minimal sample handling and is compatible with most standard laboratory protocols.
