Shipping  
Most domestic orders can be shipped within 24 hours via FedEx overnight or 2-day shipping. Our shipping charge includes FedEx Express or Ground shipping, handling, and insurance.

International orders are usually shipping via FedEx or DHL on Fridays (to Asia and Australia) or Mondays (to Europe).

Limited Warranty If you have any comments or questions regarding our products, you can reach us by phone at 800-919-0755 or by e-mail at info@eenzyme.com. We want to hear from you. We strive to put innovative high-quality products into the hands of researchers at prices that fit today's budgets. To accomplish that, we provide products from a number of manufacturers. Our manufacturers warrant their products according to the specifications they state either with their products or on their certificate of analysis. We at eENZYME provide no further warranties for these products beyond those provided by the manufacturer. We at eENZYME will replace, free of charge, any product that does not meet manufacturer specifications. This warranty limits eENZYME's liability only to a replacement with the same product that does meet manufacturer certification. Further, eENZYME does not warrant any product that has exceeded its expiration date, has not been stored according to instructions or otherwise has been used outside manufacturer specifications. Also, our manufacturers and eENZYME reserve the right to select the methods that we use to analyze our products. In order to help our customers in the technology driven field of bioscience, we provide technical information. We strive for accuracy in our technical information and should you find an error, please call or e-mail us. However, as with any written document, this information may have typographical errors and we believe researchers make informed decisions as a normal course of doing science.
