DESCRIPTION

Ready-to-use dNTP (dATP, dUTP, dCTP, dGTP) solutions are available as tetrasodium salts for use in DNA polymerization reactions and all DNA labeling and sequencing processes.

SIZE

100 mM each solution, 4 x 25 µmol each, 250 µl each vial, can prepare 1 ml 25 mM dNTPs solution.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality controlled by HPLC for maximum purity and minimal di- and monophosphate content;
