About Elite™ Tri-Color Protein Ladder
Elite™ Tri-Color Protein Ladder is a ready-to-use prestained protein molecular weight standard designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE, verifying Western blot transfer efficiency, and estimating the molecular weights of unknown proteins. The ladder contains 12 prestained recombinant proteins covering a broad molecular weight range of 11–245 kDa, providing sharp, well-defined bands throughout electrophoresis and immunoblotting workflows.
The ladder features a 75 kDa red reference band and a 25 kDa green reference band for rapid orientation and easy molecular weight estimation. Supplied in a ready-to-use reducing loading buffer, the ladder requires no dilution, heating, or addition of reducing agents prior to use. It is compatible with standard Tris-Glycine SDS-PAGE systems and can be transferred efficiently onto PVDF, nitrocellulose, or nylon membranes.

Storage and Handling
Store at −20°C for long-term storage. The ladder is stable for up to three months at 4°C and up to two weeks at room temperature. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Before use, allow the ladder to equilibrate to room temperature and gently mix by inversion or brief vortexing. Do not heat the ladder or add additional reducing agents before loading.
