Tri-Color Protein Ladder is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verifying Western blot transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose), and estimating protein molecular weights. The ladder contains 12 prestained protein bands, including a red band at 75 kDa and a green band at 25 kDa for easy reference. It is supplied in a reducing gel loading buffer and is ready to use.

CONTENTS

0.5 ml dye-stained proteins in 20 mM Tris-H3PO4 (pH 7.5 at 25°C), 2% SDS, 1mM β–Mercaptoethanol, 3.6 M Urea, and 15% glycerol.

LOADING GUIDE

· 2-3 µl per loading for 17 or 15 well mini-PAGE gels; 4-5 µl for 12 or 10 well mini-PAGE gels

· 1.5-2.5 µl for general Western blot transfer

Keep at -20 ^oC for long-term storage.
